Working on an interim basis gives us an independent status within the client organisation. From an objective perspective we take both the situation and environment of the client into account for our solution. The result will be fully embedded in the organisation. An assignment is only considered successful when the organisation thanks to our contribution will operate on a higher level after we move on.
