The interim professionals of AVFS gladly offer their services for assignments in the field of financial management. This can be to solve problems, implement changes, pass on skills and/or safeguard continuity when certain key-personnel are temporary unavailable.

AVFS focuses on interim assignments on the level of the controller, financial manager, treasurer and project manager (crisis-, change- or programmanager).

Interim assignments are for a period of at least two months; in general assignments are successfully completed within 6 months. Extensions are possible.

Interim assignments implicate a defined short term period. Extensive working experience and knowledge ensures a quick settling in of the interim manager. The interim managers will share his/her knowledge and make sure that the results of the assignment are fully embedded in the organisation. Another trait of the interim manager is independence; without a past or future within the organisation his or her objectivity is beyond dispute.
